NORTON WRIGHT —
JAZZWORKS

OCTOBER 12 – NOVEMBER 5, 2006

“A painter‘s tribute to Jazz” would be a good phrase to describe Norton Wright’s body of work. Wright, a long-time TV-producer ("Sesame Street” among others) has a solid background in art having studied in New York under the acclaimed Bauhaus painter Josef Albers.

Wright works with acrylics on canvas and also on paper, occasionally integrating collage or assemblage elements.
