NEW POET LAUREATE OF SANTA BARBARA
David Starkey was announced the new Poet Laureate of Santa Barbara in April of 2009. He is the successor of Perie Longo who held the title and position for the previous two years. Both authors have been published by ARTAMO PRESS.

WINS PEACE WRITING AWARD 2007
David Krieger’s anthology of poems, The Doves Flew High, was just awarded the International Award for Peacewriting 2007 by OMNI Center for Peace, Justice, and  Ecology, and the Peace and Justice Studies Association (formerly COPRED).
